Return policy after 30 days. um okay.

So i try to get replacement and after waiting and getting promise after promise i am told it is not in stock. I waited 14 days and they i called them. They did not call to tell me. I talked to supervisors, managers and call center people.

All telling me how the one before did not do what I was told they would do. This has to stop. I now have to wait for a bed that is not in stock and have a bed that is so cold i had to buy an electric blanket to cover the bed and flannel pajamas. This company needs to start reading the reviews and make changes.

I did get a good couch. But the bed and its return and all the promises from employees including the one who went on medical and never put in my order needs SERIOUS RE-TRAINING.

Product or Service Mentioned: Tempurpedic Mattress.
