We have been waiting for our desk for 4 months.On Thursday we received a text message confirming the delivery for Saturday between 6-10 pm.
On Friday we received a call to again confirm the delivery for the next day, same time. On Saturday we decided to go to the supermarket. At 5 pm we receive a call from the delivery guy saying that he was outside but nobody was at home. We explained him that the delivery was scheduled for 6 pm but we could be there in 5 min.
They told us that they couldn't wait and they left. We waited for 4 months but they couldn't wait for 5 min. We called costumer service and they told us that they tried calling us Friday afternoon to reschedule; however, we do not have any missed call nor a message. The costumer service is horrible, employees are disrespectful and unable to trouble shoot.
The only thing they needed to do is to call the truck (which was 5 minutes away from my house) to come back.Now we need to reschedule.
