I bought a sectional from mor's store in Boise, Id. I noticed the cushions sagging and losing their shape. Call customer service in May, mor sent out a tech. 4 days later to inspect the cushions. The tech. said the cushions needed to be replaced, this was May 9th. after 7 months of calling and getting the run around by their service department they said it was not their problem, it was the manufacturers.

After dumping me on the manufacturer (Gramercy Park Designs) Mor's Tech pretty much told me to go pound sand. After contacting Gramercy Park their rep. told me Mor's techs are not qualified or capable to inspect furniture.

Gramercy park told me they do not make the sectional anymore and told me I was *** out of luck. It took Mor furniture and Gramercy 7 months of jerking me around before telling to kiss their *** and leave them alone.

Save your money and buy from someone who will back their warranties.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Location: Bellevue, Washington

The quality of their furniture is very poor. I will never shop there again. Go to Jerome's instead!

I too purchased a sectional sofa in 11/08. after less than 3 years the leather (faux I suspect) started peeling off the backing.

I contacted MOR they said 1 year warranty is all they offer but sent me to the Manufacturer.

Manufacturer said MOR should handle it, but did say that they told MOR NOT to use the "guardsman" product on their leather..because it peels...and SO of course I had that on the sofa as well, so insult to injury. MOR does not stand behind their merchandise so moral of the story is 1 year is disposable furniture..buy from someone with a better reputation!

I purchased a sofa, chair with ottoman, another ottoman, and a love seat from a dealer in Kona, Hawaii. The "leather" began to peel off after 2 and a half years.

The furniture store is out of business now, and my wife is having to recover the furniture.

This is not real leather. Don't buy it and if you have purchased this product, return it to the store as quickly as you can.

I'm dealing with the same problem right now with the Mor in Kent Washington. They have me going through this and that to replace my couches that haven't even lasted 4 years.

The manufactor Emerald Home Furnishings made the couches saying they are 100% leather and they are not. There is thin layer of leather peeling showing a sythetic material underneath it. One of the arms broke twice and they came out to stick CARDBOARD in them to solve the problem. The frame on one has completely sagged and they sent out another tech to add another wooden leg.

Now the couch is sitting completely on the ground and the other coach is showing the fake like leather.

I'm really hoping they will solve this problem by just picking them up and refunding us. If not, it looks like I'm going to have to start a Class Action Law suit.

Same deal! These leather pieces are not leather!

False advertising. Should be held accountable.

They look terrible now. Deserve a refund
