It is the next day and I contacted the customer service department and told them what transpired. They apologized and set up another delivery date for tomorrow with a day time frame (still undisclosed at this time).

I told them that we would like to have the delivery fee refunded since they messed this up so badly. I was put on a brief hold and refunded the delivery charge.

I will continue to update this review as needed if something goes awry. If this goes well, I will be satisfied and consider this settled.

We purchased 2 recliners on Friday the 12th of this month. The salesman, Dalton C.

told us that the earliest we could have them delivered was Tuesday the 16th. During the daytime wouldn't work for us so he said we could have it delivered after 4pm (he made no mention at the time that it could be as late as up to 11pm). On Sunday, I received a text asking me to confirm our delivery window in between 7pm-11pm, I was dismayed by this because we were told it would be after 4pm but weren't told of how late it could be, but no big deal, we're just eager to get our furniture delivered so I confirm that the time window will work for us... Here it is, 12:05am with no phone call whatsoever letting us know of the delay.

I have no way to call the company because it is after hours and all I have to go by is the tracker on their website (which is falsely stating that the "Service Team is currently at : Stop no. 7" which is meant to be our stop.) It's the middle of the week on a work night and I'm waiting for a furniture delivery after midnight that states it's already here. I'm very furious and I will not step foot in this store ever again. Update: The delivery guy just called my husband (who went to bed) to ask us about delivering the furniture at this time.

It's 12:15am!!! I spoke with the guy and told him all of our frustrations, and while he apologized, he just came up with excuses on why they're not there and told me that he had 2 more deliveries after this one. I really can't believe what I'm hearing! I told him this is no way to treat customers; that there should be a policy in place where if the delivery time window doesn't look like it will be met that they should call the customers to let them know of the delay.

Also, what reputable furniture store makes home deliveries after or approaching midnight? This is such madness! There should have been a courtesy call at 10pm-10:30pm to let us know that it wasn't looking good for our delivery time frame and an offer to reschedule at a time that suits us better. It REALLY goes a long way treating customers with the respect of their time.

I would have understood if the deliveries were bigger than what the scheduled time allowed. It happens. My biggest complaint is the lack of foresight and consideration for the customer.

Now I have to deal with these people tomorrow and reschedule a delivery. Please be wary before you purchase anything for delivery!!
