Mor Furniture For Less - Poor customer service!!!
1 yr ago we purchased a leather couch. It has begun to peel at the head cushion. Leather does not peel??? I went to MOR 3 times, spoke to manager and he pretty much blew us off. Corporate was emailed twice to see how matter could be resolved and they never responded??? We purchased extra warranty and they refused to fix or replace sofa!!! Tell friends and family not to buy from MOR furniture.

Im a vip customer have brought 3 to 4 items from them, and every time i go every one is great with us, except for this hispanic lady who is so rude, i have recommended family to mor furniture in san marcos and they have told me the same thing that theres a hispanic lady who doest even tall to them and if they has a question she will respond like your nothing,

I took the word of salesmen only to find out what I was told not to be so. Have a new mattress that turned out to be to hard, was told I could exchange if it did'nt work for us but More now says I have to live with it for 30 days and than if there is a defect I can exchange it. I would have gone with my first choice if I new this was the policy.
