I purchased a mattress from Mor Furniture Store on March 18, 2020, and unfortunately, it was defective. There must be some internal structure that is faulty that has caused the entire mattress to sink when you lay on it as the entire center of the mattress has sunken, also the internal mechanisms protrude through the mattress when you lay down as well. I've spoken with several representatives since the date of purchase and I've received several conflicting stories. I was finally advised to contact the manufacturer now that I've paid the mattress off in full. Prior to the final payment, no one ever had any record of my complaints. A third party was finally contacted, "Bedding Group" who sent David Martinusen out to my home to inspect the defects of Mor's product, he confirmed with me that the mattress should in fact be replaced. It has been a couple of weeks now, I hadn't received any information on the status until today when I called in. I was informed that once the inspector returned to the office he fabricated his report. I was just informed that I am not able to get a new mattress according to the report that was filed. This is totally unacceptable. I am a very unsatisfied customer. I have a defective product from a company that does not stand up for their product. I have unsuccessfully dealt with this issue for several months now and again have paid for the mattress in full and this is the service that I am receiving from MOR a supposedly reputable furniture company. I am requesting that a member of your management team if not someone higher to contact me to make arrangements for a new mattress to be delivered to my home and the defective mattress to be taken away. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Respectfully submitted, Mr. Tyrone Long

Insurance scam

After being a loyal customer for 2 years and just last week bought more furniture and purchased the insurance. To find out that when I needed some repairs done to my first purchase 2years ago and at the time I got a 4 year insurance with them that thy won't even help me with repairs and won't give me a answer why I was denied. Waist of money waist of time makes me feel like its just a big scam thy don't care and thy won't help no matter how much you spend or with anything that has to do with any type of insurance thy offer. Ripp off.

The delivery people have a game plan going on. I was set to have my living room furniture delivered today, and they literally...I mean literally took a picture of a piece of furniture in front of the doorway and said it would not fit. They did not ask or even try to deliver the piece. They are an absolute joke! CS is giving all kinds of answers, but no resolutions! I have two entrances from my garage that they could have tried, but they didnt even care to ask! Drivers, you should be ashamed of yourself! So unprofessional!

Frustrated

I've been trying for three days straight to get someone to answer the phone so I can ask a question about an optional item to go with the sectional we re getting ready to purchase. ANSWER THE PHONE!!! No matter what time I call, I get the same message. Unusual amount of calls. Common, this is aways the case, Please pick up the phone, about to take my business elsewhere!

Broken couch

I have had a broke couch sence the beginning of March. One side is stuck in the out position and the other wont go out or in wont do anything.

I have got the run around on when the parts will be here or even ordered!!! I cant get anyone from Mor to return my email complaints and still have not no answers on my broke couch. We are moving in two weeks with a broke couch we still owe on and no one seems to give a damm!! We cant even give them back at this point and get a new set because no ones open and no one is taking phone calls.

The sales man in Mor I made a appointment to see told me he cant do anything about it either! This is just *** at this point.

I am filing a complaint with there corporate offices as soon as they open!! Way to go Mor Furniture awasome customer service!!!

Still haven't received the chair I paid for on May 2nd
